Why the change?

We're moving to workflowmax.com - dropping the ‘2’ as part of our official transition. It’s the same WorkflowMax, now on a simpler, secure URL that reflects the fully supported new platform. Just a small change to help keep things clean and easy to find.

What you need to do:

While workflowmax2.com will continue to redirect automatically,  it’s a good time to update your records:

  • Bookmarks: Be sure to update your web browser bookmarks to point to workflowmax.com.
  • Password manager: If you use a password manager or browser autofill, update your saved login details to reflect the new URL.
  • Contacts: Our team emails now reflect the new domain. Please update your contacts with @workflowmax.com

Do I need to update my Collaboration Manager email?

Don't worry, collaboration manager email addresses (@emailworkflowmax.com) will remain the same and are not affected by this change.

For app developers: what about the API?

To ensure a smooth transition, we’re introducing support for a new API domain.

In addition to the existing api.workflowmax2.com endpoint, developers will be able to use the simplified domain api.workflowmax.com once our new domain is live.

The current api.workflowmax2.com domain will continue to operate as normal during the transition period, but will be decommissioned at a later date. We’ll provide ample notice to all registered app developers ahead of this change.
